Auto Login

Auto Login is used when a profile should continue the login process automatically after the client opens.

Use this feature after the profile has already been tested successfully with Open.

Enable Auto Login

1. Open Auto Client.
2. Select the profile you want to use.
3. Make sure AO Type matches the client.
4. Enter Username and Password.
5. Enable Enabled and Auto Login.
6. Click Save.
7. Enable Enable automation when automation should run.

Signs that it worked

After the client opens, the profile continues the login process without requiring you to enter the account manually again.

While the process is running, the profile may move through Launching and then Waiting Login before reaching the next state.

Edit a profile without changing the password

If a password is already saved and you only want to change other fields, leave Password empty and click Save.

The existing saved password will be kept.

WARNING

Do not share Auto Client screenshots that expose a real username or password. Hide account information before sharing a screenshot.

If Auto Login does not run

Check these items in order:

1. the profile is Enabled,
2. Auto Login is enabled,
3. Enable automation is active,
4. AO Type and AO Client Path are correct,
5. username and password are correct,
6. the profile is not Paused or Failed.

If the profile remains at Waiting Login or changes to Failed, open Activity & Issues and check for Authentication, Client, or Configuration issues.
