Language Settings

ASProBot Launcher will display a language selection screen when it is opened for the first time.

The selected language will be used for the launcher interface and update information shown when a new update is available.

When Does the Language Selection Appear?

The language selection appears when ASProBot Launcher is opened for the first time.

At this stage, simply choose the language you want to use.

Example language options:

• Indonesian
• English

After selecting a language, the launcher will use that language for future screens.

What Is the Language Setting Used For?

The selected language is used for:

• ASProBot Launcher interface
• Update information
• Update notifications
• Status messages shown in the launcher

NOTE

Choose the language you understand best so update information and notifications are easy to read.

Change the Language Manually

If you selected the wrong language or want to change the launcher language, you can manually edit the configuration file.

The configuration file is located in:

ASProBot\data\launcher.ini

Example:

D:\ASProBot\data\launcher.ini

Open launcher.ini using Notepad.

Example file content:

[ui]
language=en

[Launcher]
RememberAoPath=1
LastAoExePath=E:\GAMES\Atlantica\Atlantica Rebirth Indonesia\Atlantica.exe

To change the language, edit this value:

language=en

Available values:

language=id

for Indonesian.

language=en

for English.

After changing the language value:

1. Save launcher.ini.
2. Close Notepad.
3. Restart ASProBot Launcher.

IMPORTANT

Make sure ASProBot Launcher is not running while editing launcher.ini.

If launcher.ini Does Not Exist

If launcher.ini does not exist yet, open ASProBot Launcher once until the initial setup screen appears.

The configuration file is usually created after the launcher saves the first setup.

Other Settings in launcher.ini

Besides language, launcher.ini also stores the Atlantica Online path setting.

Example:

[Launcher]
RememberAoPath=1
LastAoExePath=E:\GAMES\Atlantica\Atlantica Rebirth Indonesia\Atlantica.exe

Explanation:

• RememberAoPath=1 means the launcher will remember the Atlantica Online location.
• RememberAoPath=0 means the launcher will ask for the Atlantica Online location every time it starts.
• LastAoExePath is the last saved location of Atlantica.exe.

WARNING

Do not change other values if you do not understand their purpose. Incorrect path formatting may prevent the launcher from finding Atlantica Online.

If You Selected the Wrong Language

If you selected the wrong language, ASProBot can still be used.

To change it:

1. Open the ASProBot\data folder.
2. Open launcher.ini.
3. Change the language value.
4. Save the file.
5. Restart ASProBot Launcher.
